Mailbox House Number Standards
For uniformity, house number replacements must be ordered directly through the HOA office.
Numbers are $20 for a set - one for each side of the mailbox. Same price if you have 4 or 5 number set.
Orders are custom-made for each address with proper spacing and typically arrive within 1–2 weeks.

Approved Lantern Lighting
Lantern Glass
Lantern Glass Replacement
Over time, weather and normal wear can cause your lantern glass to become foggy, cracked, or damaged. Homeowners are responsible for repairing or replacing any broken or missing glass.
Replacement glass panels are available directly through the Halle Plantation HOA office during regular business hours for $20 per panel.
If the glass is part of the lantern door, it requires more specialized repair, including removal of the lantern head.
The HOA recommends contacting Graham’s Lighting - The lantern head must be removed and taken to their physical location for service.
If you’d prefer not to remove the lantern yourself, PostWorks can help coordinate the disassembly, transport, and reinstall.
